Melissa Kirby - Owner
Melissa and Jed Kirby created Legacy Legal Essentials out of a shared commitment to follow Jesus and serve their community with integrity and purpose. Their faith has been the driving force behind the company’s mission and values. Starting this business has allowed Melissa to spend more meaningful time with their children while using her gifts to support others.
She is a Bonded Notary Public, Certified Process Server, and Ordained
Minister, and has now stepped into the full-time role of leading Legacy
Legal Essentials. Together, Melissa and Jed have a beautiful blended family of

the love of Christ with everyone they encounter—building a legacy not just for
their family, but for generations to come.
